Wir gestalten unsere HR\-Administration neu und wollen Prozesse vereinfachen, digitalisieren und effizienter gestalten. Damit wir die notwendigen Optimierungen vorantreiben können, suchen wir für die nächsten drei Monate eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die unser Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft tatkräftig unterstützt.

Du übernimmst administrative Aufgaben entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles, sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Daily Business und schaffst damit den nötigen Freiraum, damit wir unsere HR\-Prozesse weiterentwickeln und automatisieren können.

Diese befristete Aufgabe bietet dir die Möglichkeit, Einblicke in ein spannendes Veränderungsprojekt zu erhalten, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und aktiv mitanzupacken.

Was dich erwartet -----------------

  • Unterstützung des HR\-Teams im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung administrativer HR\-Aufgaben
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung, Vereinfachung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen
  • Unterstützung bei der Aufbereitung von Daten, Dokumentationen und Auswertungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem gesamten HR\-Team

Was du mitbringst -----------------

  • Mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Personal\-administrativen Funktion, idealerweise im Gastro\-Bereich
  • Freude an strukturiertem Arbeiten und organisatorischen Aufgaben
  • Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und Hands\-on\-Mentalität
  • Affinität für digitale Prozesse und neue Tools
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
