Sicherstellung eines qualitativ hochwertigen, wirtschaftlich erfolgreichen, gästeorientierten F&B-Angebots. * Einkauf & Lieferantenmanagement: Verantwortung für die gesamte Warenwirtschaft, Durchführung von Bestellungen, monatlichen Inventuren, Lieferantenverhandlungen, Kalkulation von Karten. * Strategische Weiterentwicklung: Konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung des F&B-Angebots, Trendbeobachtung, Umsetzung innovativer Gastronomiekonzepte im urbanen Umfeld.Das bringst du für das JUFA-Hotels-Team mit: * Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotel-, Gastronomiebereich, relevante Weiterbildung (z. B.
