Gysinge Herrgård har lockat besökare i århundraden och vi förstår varför. Här möts historia och natur i ett unikt samspel vid Dalälvens strand. Med 67 hotellrum, restaurang, café och konferenslokaler erbjuder vi våra gäster något utöver det vanliga. Nu söker vi en hovmästare på 80 procent som vill vara med och utveckla vår restaurangverksamhet och bidra till en gästupplevelse i toppklass. Rollen är central i restaurangen och innebär ett nära samarbete med restaurangchef där du fungerar som ett operativt stöd i den dagliga driften. Om rollen Som hovmästare är du en viktig del av ledarskapet i restaurangen och arbetar nära både gäster och teamet i matsalen. Du ansvarar för att servicen håller en hög och jämn nivå och att kvällsservice och bokningar genomförs på ett professionellt sätt. Du leder arbetet i matsalen under service, fördelar uppgifter och säkerställer att gästerna får en varm, personlig och välorganiserad upplevelse. Rollen innebär också att stötta restaurangchefen i planering, koordinering och utveckling av restaurangens arbetssätt. Arbetet är operativt och innebär stor närvaro i verksamheten. Du arbetar tätt tillsammans med kök och servering och bidrar till att skapa ett team som levererar service i toppklass även under perioder med högt tempo. Vi söker dig som • Har erfarenhet från restaurangbranschen, gärna i en ledande serveringsroll

• Har ett naturligt ledarskap och trivs med att leda i service

• Är strukturerad, lösningsorienterad och trygg i att fatta beslut

• Har en stark känsla för service och gästupplevelse

• Trivs i ett högt tempo och gillar att arbeta nära teamet

• Talar svenska och gärna engelska Bra att veta • Tjänsten är 80 procent

• Tillträde snarast med 6 månader provanställning

• Arbetstiderna är varierande och inkluderar kvällar och helger

• Gysinge Herrgård har kollektivavtal via HRF
