Mission: - Gérer et organiser le secteur Garden en plaçant la satisfaction de la clientèle au centre des priorités Conseiller avec expertise, rendre le magasin attractif et veiller à une présentation soignée selon nos concepts internes Garantir la disponibilité de la marchandise, planifier et mettre en oeuvre les activités promotionnelles du secteur Analyser les chiffres-clé, prendre les mesures appropriées et assurer une planification optimale des ressources dans le respect du budget Piloter une petite équipe en fixant des objectifs clairs, en favorisant la motivation et en développant les compétences de chacun·e

Compétences requises: - Vous manifestez un intérêt prononcé pour la vente, avez un bon flair commercial et aspirez à un poste à responsabilités - Vous êtes au bénéfice d'un CFC d'horticultrice/d'horticulteur, de paysagiste ou d'une formation reconnue dans la vente de fleurs et plantes. - Expérience confirmée dans une fonction similaire, incluant la gestion d'équipe - Vous faites preuve de solides capacités organisationnelles, d'un grand sens des responsabilités et êtes en bonne condition physique - Vous exercez un leadership naturel et motivant, facilitez le contact et la communication, et favorisez l'esprit d'équipe - Vous maîtrisez le français à l'oral comme à l'écrit, êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques courants et faites preuve de flexibilité pour répondre aux horaires de la clientèle
