HERAUSFORDERUNG UND PERSPEKTIVE

Als Finance Generalist (m/w/d) steigst du zunächst im Rahmen einer Elternzeitvertretung bei uns ein – mit der Perspektive auf eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit. Du arbeitest eng mit unserem CFO zusammen, übernimmst vom ersten Tag an Verantwortung und denkst Finance über Zahlen hinaus: Du hältst Prozesse am Laufen, entwickelst sie weiter und verbesserst Tools und Schnittstellen. Hands-on, mit viel Eigenverantwortung und nah am Business. Die Rolle kann in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit mit mindestens 32 Wochenstunden ausgeübt werden.

Was dich erwartet:

  • Finance Operations: Du stellst den operativen Finance-Alltag sicher: (u. a. Buchhaltung in Zusammenarbeit mit der externen Steuerberatung, Rechnungswesen, Zahlungsströme, Mahnwesen, Bearbeitung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle, sowie Kosten- und Liquiditätssteuerung)
  • Controlling & Reporting: Du hilfst beim Aufbau smarter Finance- und Reporting-Strukturen, die mit uns skalieren
  • Prozesse & Tools: Du treibst Prozessoptimierung, Digitalisierung und Automatisierung voran und unterstützt bei der Auswahl passender Tools für skalierbare Abläufe
  • Strategische Projekte: Du arbeitest bei Themen wie Pricing, Business Cases, Budgetierung und Kostenoptimierung mit
  • Investor Relations: Du unterstützt bei Due Diligence-Prozessen und Funding-Runden sowie bei der Kommunikation mit unseren Investoren
  • Kommunikation: Du pflegst eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams (Finance, People & Culture, Sales und Customer Success) und hilfst bei der Koordination unserer externen Partner (z. B. Steuerberater, Banken, Dienstleister) mit

PERSÖNLICHKEIT UND QUALIFIKATION

  • 2-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Finance
  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung, Studium oder einschlägige Praxiserfahrung – wichtiger ist uns dein Können als ein formaler Abschluss
  • Breites Skillset: von Accounting/Operations über Controlling bis hin zu strategischen Finanzthemen
  • Begeisterung für Start-up-/Scale-up-Kultur und Freude daran, aktiv Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Offenheit für Tech-Tools, Automatisierung und datengetriebene Prozesse
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: pragmatisch anpacken, aber auch strukturiert denken
  • Selbständige, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
