Was dich bei uns erwartet:

Im Home-Office:

  • Konfiguration von Systemen und Softwareinstallationen bequem von zu Hause.
  • Online-Schulungen und technischer Support für unsere Kunden.
  • Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem 3rd-Level-Team.

Im Außendienst:

  • Installation und Verkabelung von modernen KVM-Anlagen und beeindruckenden Videowalls.
  • Vor-Ort-Konfigurationen, Inbetriebnahmen und technische Schulungen.
  • Nach deiner Einarbeitung führst du eigenständig Installationen beim Kunden durch.

Das zeichnet dich aus:

  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamgeist und Offenheit: Du bist begeistert von Technik und immer bereit, Neues zu lernen.
  • Reisebereitschaft und Führerschein: Du bist mobil und bereit, die Welt zu erkunden.
  • Du beherrschst Deutsch in Wort und Schrift - Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
  • Du kommst gut mit Windows-Betriebssystemen zurecht und hast Kenntnisse in TCP/IP.
