About the role

As Juni scales there is a critical need to revisit the systems, processes, and policies currently in place to ensure they will work effectively so we can continue to deliver a stand-out employee experience. As part of the people team at Juni, you will review and update systems (like HRIS) to support future growth and drive automation that will allow People Operations to stay effective, reduce manual routine work, and support the necessary level of reporting for certifications and compliance.

You will play a critical part in shaping our HR policies, playbook, and infrastructure. You will also get to build programs that scale. You'll harness your foundation in a range of HR focus areas including compliance, compensation, benefits, performance reviews, and DE&I.

  • Own “people” experience across the full employee life cycle. You are the go-to person for everything people-related. From the first impressions of the job postings through the interview experience to the development, compensation, and growth of the team
  • Handle day-to-day business operations. You manage the payroll of our team, periodic reviews, and other financials. Additionally, you collaborate with our vendors and oversee the compliance of our setup
  • Manage external communications. We're in constant exchange with other partners, companies, and individuals. You help spread the word of Juni and attract valuable partnerships
  • Bring our team together. Being a {{fully distributed remote/hybrid work (i.e., a mix of in-person and remote work)/fully in-person}} company has its own challenges. You will organize team events, make sure everybody has what they need to be productive, consistently improve internal tooling and processes, and find creative ways to engage as a team
  • Wear many hats. One day you write an internal document about our culture. Another day you engage with our cross-functional teams. You feel energized by learning and strive when working on something new
