  • Administration: Tuesday 9:00am – 11:00am, Wednesday 9:00am – 11:00am and Thursday 9:00am – 10:00am.

Availability for both morning and afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday, is essential for this position.

As Coordinator, you'll take the lead in creating a service where children feel safe, supported and excited to attend each day.

You'll guide and mentor your team of Educators, plan engaging and inclusive activities and build strong relationships with families and the school community.

You'll also oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy service, ensuring a high standard of care, child safety and positive experiences for everyone involved.

  • Supportive Leadership: You'll have regular guidance, coaching and practical support from your Regional Manager, so you're never leading alone.
  • Career Growth: Access paid training, professional development and opportunities to progress within JAG.
  • Family-Friendly Benefits: Enjoy 10 weeks of paid parental leave and up to 50% off childcare fees.
  • Wellbeing & Lifestyle Perks: Save on gym memberships, health insurance and everyday shopping.
  • Referral Rewards: Earn up to $750 cash for each successful employee referral.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
