O Instituto Suel Abujamra está em busca de um(a) Analista de Suporte Júnior para integrar nosso time de Tecnologia da Informação!

Buscamos um profissional em início de carreira, com interesse em Suporte Técnico (Help Desk/Service Desk), que seja comunicativo, proativo e dinâmico para atuar no atendimento aos usuários e na resolução de incidentes de hardware, software e redes.

Conhecimentos técnicos

  • Sistemas: Windows 10/11, Windows Server e Linux básico;
  • Redes: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP e roteamento básico;
  • Hardware: montagem, manutenção, formatação e backup de computadores;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de acesso remoto, como TeamViewer;
  • Noções de bancos de dados SQL e NoSQL;
  • Conhecimento em Help Desk/Service Desk será considerado um diferencial.

  • Prestar suporte técnico aos usuários, de forma presencial e/ou remota;
  • Atender e solucionar chamados relacionados a hardware, software e redes;
  • Realizar abertura, acompanhamento e atualização de chamados;
  • Apoiar na instalação, configuração e manutenção de computadores e sistemas;
  • Realizar manutenção, formatação e backup de computadores;
  • Identificar e solucionar problemas básicos de conectividade e rede;
  • Apoiar os usuários na utilização dos recursos de TI;
  • Contribuir para a organização e melhoria da rotina operacional da área.
