DEIN EINSTIEG ALS JUNIOR SALES MANAGER (M/W/D)

Du willst in den Vertrieb einsteigen, moderne SaaS- und KI-Lösungen kennenlernen und von Beginn an Verantwortung übernehmen? Bei JUPUS erhältst du einen strukturierten Einstieg in den Vertrieb eines innovativen Tech-Unternehmens und kannst fachlich wie persönlich wachsen.

DEINE AUFGABEN

- Du identifizierst spannende Kanzleien, die zu JUPUS passen – per Telefon, E-Mail, LinkedIn und mehr.

- Du führst erste Gespräche, qualifizierst Leads und findest heraus, wie JUPUS konkret unterstützen kann.

- Du arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen Account Executives zusammen und sorgst für reibungslose Übergaben.

- Du bringst eigene Ideen in unser Sales Playbook ein, testest neue Ansätze und optimierst unsere Outreach-Strategien.

- Du dokumentierst deine Aktivitäten im CRM und nutzt Daten, um dich stetig zu verbessern.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

- Du kommunizierst auf Deutsch auf Muttersprachlerniveau und überzeugst mit Empathie und klarer Struktur.

- Erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb (B2B oder SaaS) ist ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung – Motivation und Lernbereitschaft zählen für uns mehr.

- Du greifst gerne zum Hörer, schreibst überzeugende Nachrichten und trittst professionell auf.

- Du bist Teamplayer: Im dynamischen Umfeld arbeitest du gerne gemeinsam am Erfolg und willst Vertrieb von Grund auf lernen.

- Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

- Bonus: Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen wie HubSpot, Salesforce o. Ä.
