Jetzt geht es darum, dieses Momentum in echte Marktbewegung zu übersetzen – und genau hier kommt diese Rolle ins Spiel.

Outbound ist bei JUPUS kein Nebenkanal. Es ist einer der zentralen Wachstumstreiber – und du wirst ihn anführen. Als Team Lead SDR hast du direkten Einfluss darauf, wie schnell JUPUS in den nächsten zwölf Monaten wächst.

WAS DICH ERWARTET

Du führst ein Team von 12–15 SDRs im operativen Alltag: coachen, Calls mithören, Feedback geben, Energie hochhalten.

Dabei geht es nicht nur darum, dass dein Team heute gute Meetings generiert. Deine Aufgabe ist es, aus starken SDRs die nächsten starken Account Executives bei JUPUS zu entwickeln.

Dafür arbeitest du eng mit dem AE-Team zusammen, entwickelst deine SDRs gezielt in Richtung Discovery, Einwandbehandlung und Closing weiter und sorgst dafür, dass sie Schritt für Schritt mehr Verantwortung im Sales Cycle übernehmen können.

Viele Calls. Viele Neins. Und dann die Meetings, die den Unterschied machen.

Du weißt, wie das ist – und genau deshalb kannst du dein Team durch schwierige Tage führen, besser machen und auf den nächsten Karriereschritt vorbereiten.

DEINE AUFGABEN

- Team im Outbound-Alltag führen – Schlagzahl, Kontaktqualität und gebuchte Meetings als zentrale KPIs

- Calls mithören, direktes Feedback geben, Gesprächseinstieg und Einwandbehandlung praktisch vermitteln

- SDRs gezielt zu zukünftigen Account Executives entwickeln – gemeinsam mit dem AE-Team an Discovery, Einwandbehandlung und Closing arbeiten und sie Schritt für Schritt an den nächsten Karriereschritt heranführen

- Talk Tracks und Playbooks weiterentwickeln – nah an der Praxis, nicht am Whiteboard

- Neue SDRs schnell ins Doing bringen und für ein starkes Zusammenspiel zwischen SDR- und AE-Team sorgen

WAS DU MITBRINGST

- Echte SDR- oder BDR-Erfahrung – du kennst Kaltakquise aus eigener Praxis, nicht aus LinkedIn-Posts

- Erste Führungs- oder Coaching-Erfahrung als Senior SDR, Captain oder Mentor*in

- Hunter-Mentalität und die Fähigkeit, Energie ins Team zu bringen – auch wenn es mal zäh wird

- Deutsch auf Muttersprachler-Niveau
