Für den Verkauf von Ersatzteilen suchen wir einen dynamischen und einsatzfreudigen Macher in der Funktion als Fachspezialist Export / Ersatzteilverkauf (w/m/d) 80 \- 100%.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Weltweiter Verkauf von Ersatzteilen und selbstständige Auftragsabwicklung

• Beratung und Unterstützung von Kunden und Servicestellen

• Erstellung und Kontrolle von Export\- und Speditionsdokumenten

• Pflege von Ursprungsangaben, Zolltarifnummern und Stammdaten

• Organisation und Überwachung von Transporten und Lieferterminen

• Bearbeitung von Exportanfragen und Unterstützung bei Zoll\-Audits

• Erstellung von Reportings, Auswertungen und Gutschriften

• Pflege von Excel\-Listen sowie strukturierte Ablage und Archivierung von Dokumenten

Ihr Profil

• Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Exportbereich

• Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englisch\- und Französischkenntnisse

• Sehr gute PC\-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

• Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und vernetztes Denken

• Selbstständige, exakte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

• Teamfähige, initiative und belastbare Persönlichkeit

• Lösungsorientiertes und pragmatisches Handeln

• Kenntnisse in OpaccOne ERP und Expowin von Vorteil
