Vill du arbeta i en central administrativ roll inom samhällsbyggnad och bidra till en effektiv bygglovsprocess? Vi söker nu en erfaren Bygglovsadministratör för ett konsultuppdrag hos Stadsbyggnadskontoret på Stockholms stad! Om uppdraget Som bygglovsadministratör kommer du att arbeta självständigt med administrativa processer kopplade till bygglovshantering. Uppdraget innebär ett nära samarbete med verksamheten och ett ansvar för att säkerställa en effektiv hantering av ärenden enligt gällande riktlinjer och praxis. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter Hantera bygglovsadministration självständigt enligt fastställda rutiner och praxis.

Administrera och processhantera bygglovshandlingar.

Expediera beslut, protokoll och kungörelser.

Säkerställa korrekt dokumenthantering och ärendeflöde.

Din bakgrund, erfarenhet och kompetens Minst ett (1) års erfarenhet av bygglovsadministration

God erfarenhet av att självständigt arbeta som bygglovsadministratör eller bygglovskoordinator

God förståelse för plan- och bygglagen (PBL)

Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska i tal och skrift

Relevant utbildning eller erfarenhet som bedöms likvärdig för genomförande av uppdraget
