Vill du arbeta i en roll där service, kommunikation och problemlösning står i fokus? Vi söker nu en junior kundservicemedarbetare till ett konsultuppdrag hos en av våra kunder i Uppsala. Här får du möjlighet att utvecklas i en kundnära roll tillsammans med engagerade kollegor i en modern och dynamisk arbetsmiljö. Som konsult blir du anställd av Jurek och arbetar på uppdrag hos vår kund. Om rollen I rollen som kundservicemedarbetare kommer du att ge stöd och vägledning till företagets kunder i olika typer av frågor. Kontakten sker främst via telefon, mejl och digitala kanaler, där du ansvarar för att hjälpa kunder på ett professionellt och lösningsorienterat sätt. Du kommer att arbeta med varierande ärenden kopplade till företagets tjänster och erbjudanden samt säkerställa att varje kund får en positiv upplevelse. Arbetsuppgifter Hantera inkommande kundärenden via flera olika kontaktvägar

Ge tydlig information och vägledning till kunder

Registrera och uppdatera ärenden i interna system

Följa upp kundärenden och säkerställa god kvalitet i leveransen

Bidra till effektiva arbetssätt och en hög servicenivå

Samarbeta nära kollegor för att skapa bästa möjliga kundupplevelse

Vi söker dig som Har avslutad gymnasieutbildning

Är serviceinriktad och trivs med kundkontakt

Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska i tal och skrift

Har god datorvana och lätt för att lära dig nya system

Är ansvarstagande, noggrann och lösningsorienterad

Trivs med att arbeta både självständigt och i team

Tidigare erfarenhet från kundservice är inget krav. Vi välkomnar även dig som söker ditt första kvalificerade arbete och har rätt inställning samt en vilja att utvecklas. Om uppdraget Detta är ett konsultuppdrag där du blir anställd av Jurek och uthyrd till vår kund. Placering: Uppsala Omfattning: Heltid, arbetstider kl. 8-17 samt kl. 10-19 Start: Omgående Uppdragsperiod: Initialt 6 månader med god möjlighet till förlängning Arbetet utförs på plats hos kunden under kontorstid på vardagar.
