Juristbyrån Syd AB söker en jurist för handläggning av tvister vid allmän domstol. Du kommer huvudsakligen att företräda fysiska personer (konsumenter) i tvister med företag, bland annat försäkringsbolag. Arbetsuppgifter Arbetet innebär ansvar för egna ärenden och omfattar bland annat: rättsutredningar, upprättande av stämningsansökningar, yttranden och andra processkrifter, bevisvärdering och processplanering, kontakter med klienter, motparter och domstolar, förlikningsförhandlingar, processföring vid muntliga förberedelser och huvudförhandlingar.

Klienterna har oftast själva god juridisk kompetens och är väl insatta i sina tvister. Du kommer därför att arbeta nära klienterna, som aktivt bidrar med underlag och rättsliga överväganden. Tidigare ombud som företrätt samma klienter beskriver just detta samarbete som en stor fördel – att man driver målen tillsammans med engagerade och kompetenta klienter. Kvalifikationer Juristexamen (eller jur.kand.) är ett absolut krav. Eftersom uppdragen huvudsakligen finansieras genom rättsskyddsförsäkringar behöver du ha sådan erfarenhet och lämplighet att du godtas som ombud enligt försäkringsbolagens rättsskyddsvillkor. Vi tror att du exempelvis tidigare har arbetat som biträdande jurist vid advokatbyrå under en tid, men kanske inte har uppskattat arbetstiderna. Även annan relevant erfarenhet kan vara aktuell. Det viktigaste är att du har den juridiska kompetens och erfarenhet som krävs för uppdraget och vill arbeta självständigt med kvalificerade tvistemål. Vi erbjuder Stor frihet att planera din arbetstid. Arbetet utförs på distans, så du kan arbeta hemifrån. Som regel ingen arbetstid över 40 timmar per vecka. Färdiga klientuppdrag – tjänsten innefattar inte klientanskaffning. Kvalificerat och självständigt processarbete där du driver mål från början till slut.
