Sobre o time

A área de TI do Jusbrasil cuida dos equipamentos, dos acessos e do atendimento às pessoas colaboradoras. Usamos IA para automatizar a operação, e nosso próximo desafio é evoluir agentes individuais para uso compartilhado pelo time.

Sobre a função

Você será a pessoa de TI do Jusbrasil em Salvador. É uma função que combina suporte presencial de TI e construção de automações para trazer mais eficiência e escalabilidade para a área.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Investigar e resolver chamados de TI, priorizando impacto e urgência, validando a solução e escalando quando necessário
  • Dar suporte às salas de videoconferência do escritório
  • Conceder, revisar e revogar acessos às ferramentas de trabalho, seguindo aprovações e políticas internas
  • Preparar, entregar e receber notebooks no onboarding e offboarding, mantendo o inventário atualizado e as máquinas prontas para reuso
  • Construir e manter agentes de IA para reduzir tarefas manuais, com testes e aprovação humana para ações com impacto, evoluindo para uso compartilhado
  • Documentar procedimentos e colaborar na implantação e evolução das automações, com apoio dos times especialistas

Habilidades mandatórias

  • Residir em Salvador e atuar presencialmente todos os dias no escritório
  • Experiência prévia na construção de pelo menos um agente de IA, mesmo que de uso individual
  • Conhecimento de hardware e de sistemas, com experiência em atendimento de suporte nível 1 e 2
  • Experiência com ferramentas de gestão de dispositivos (MDM)
  • Noções de proteção de dispositivos, antivírus e atualizações de segurança
  • Formação em área correlata à TI
  • Pensamento crítico e capacidade de aprender por conta própria
