Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams „Marketing“ suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d) – SEA in Vollzeit.

DAS MACHST DU BEI UNS:

  • Du planst, steuerst und optimierst unsere SEA-Kampagnen mit Schwerpunkt auf Google Ads und entwickelst diese kontinuierlich weiter
  • Auf Basis relevanter KPIs identifizierst du Optimierungs- und Wachstumspotenziale und leitest konkrete Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Performance ab
  • Die laufende Analyse und Optimierung von Budgets, Gebotsstrategien, Keywords, Zielgruppen und Anzeigen gehört zu deinem Tagesgeschäft
  • Gemeinsam mit unserem Marketingteam entwickelst du Performance-Kampagnen und bringst deine Ideen bei der Konzeption von Werbemitteln und Landingpages ein
  • Auch weitere Paid-Marketing-Kanäle behältst du im Blick und unterstützt bei deren Weiterentwicklung
  • Mit gängigen Analyse- und Tracking-Tools wertest du die Kampagnenperformance aus und sorgst für eine datenbasierte Steuerung
  • Aus deinen Analysen leitest du konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab und bereitest relevante Ergebnisse und Entwicklungen übersichtlich auf
  • Trends, Wettbewerber und neue Möglichkeiten im Performance Marketing hast du im Blick und bringst passende Ansätze aktiv ins Team ein

DAS BRINGST DU OPTIMALERWEISE MIT:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium, eine Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Marketing, BWL, Medien oder Kommunikation
  • Mindestens 2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Performance Marketing mit Schwerpunkt auf SEA – gerne auch aus dem Agenturumfeld
  • Fundierte praktische Erfahrung mit Google Ads sowie der Steuerung und Optimierung von Kampagnen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit GA4 und gängigen Analyse- und Tracking-Tools; Erfahrung mit Meta Ads ist ein Plus
  • Eine analytische, datengetriebene und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ein gutes Verständnis für relevante Performance-KPIs
  • Offenheit für KI-gestützte Arbeitsweisen und digitale Tools
