  • Training and User Enablement: Coordinate training needs assessments, training materials, learning activities and user enablement initiatives to support effective adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Go-Live Readiness and Hypercare: Support business readiness assessments, go-live planning, post-implementation hypercare and continuous improvement activities.
  • Adoption and Change Effectiveness: Define and monitor adoption KPIs, gather user feedback, measure change effectiveness and recommend corrective actions where required.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate change-related deliverables, effort estimates, resource requirements, dependencies and timelines in collaboration with project managers and implementation teams.
  • Multi-Country Rollouts: Support the implementation of standardised processes and systems across multiple European markets while considering local business requirements and cultural differences.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve change management practices, user experience and long-term adoption of new technologies and ways of working.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Organisational Change Management (OCM), preferably within IT transformation or digital transformation programmes.
  • Proven experience developing and executing change management strategies, impact assessments and implementation plans.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills.
  • Experience coordinating training, user enablement and organisational readiness activities.
  • Experience supporting IT system implementations, business process changes and multi-country rollouts.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, business users and technical delivery teams.
  • Strong planning, coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking adoption metrics, collecting feedback and assessing change effectiveness.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, international project environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
