  • Remove obstacles and support problem-solving at the team, customer, delivery, and organizational levels.
  • Drive improvements in Agile ways of working, product processes, and requirement management.
  • Participate in technical and architectural discussions to align product direction with engineering capabilities.
  • Communicate progress, priorities, and roadmap updates to stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product leadership role.
  • Proven experience working within high-performing, cross-functional Agile teams.
  • Strong understanding of building, operating, and maintaining large-scale software services.
  • Experience motivating and enabling engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across both business and technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
