Die Justizvollzugsanstalt Bostadel in Menzingen ist eine selbständige öffentlich\-rechtliche Anstalt im Konkordat der Nordwest\- und Innerschweiz mit eigener Rechtspersönlichkeit. Sie wird von den Kantonen Basel\-Stadt und Zug betrieben und verfügt über 108 Plätze im Normalvollzug und 12 Plätze in einer Sicherheitsabteilung. In der JVA Bostadel sind rund 90 Mitarbeitende tätig, welche die Sicherheit innerhalb der Institution gewährleisten sowie dazu beitragen, die 120 Gefangenen sinnvoll zu beschäftigen und zu resozialisieren.

Das erwartet Sie

  • In dieser vielseitigen und verantwortungsvollen Funktion sind Sie Mitglied des erweiterten Kaders. Neben Ihren regulären Aufgaben im Sicherheitsdienst übernehmen Sie zusätzliche Verantwortung in der Tagesorganisation und unterstützen die zuständigen Führungspersonen bei der Sicherstellung eines sicheren und reibungslosen Anstaltsbetriebs.
  • Sie begleiten Ein\- und Austritte, Besuche sowie Transporte und sorgen für deren korrekte Abwicklung.
  • Sie überwachen und begleiten die Insassen unter Einhaltung der geltenden Sicherheitsvorschriften und unter Berücksichtigung der dynamischen Sicherheit.
  • Sie führen Kontrollen und Interventionen situationsgerecht durch und setzen Sicherheits\- und Vollzugsrichtlinien fair und konsequent um.
  • Sie stellen einen geordneten Informationsfluss sicher und gewährleisten die strukturierte Übergabe relevanter Informationen sowie die nachvollziehbare Dokumentation des Betriebsablaufs und ausserordentlicher Ereignisse.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Sie sind eine integre, körperlich und mental belastbare Persönlichkeit mit Organisationstalent, die auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick behält und besonnen entscheidet.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Justizvollzug, idealerweise im geschlossenen Vollzug; Eidgenössischer Fachausweis Justizvollzug von Vorteil; oder Bereitschaft, die Ausbildung zu absolvieren.
  • Klare Kommunikation, gute Deutsch\- und PC\-Anwenderkenntnisse sowie Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung betrieblicher Abläufe.
  • Sie verfügen über Kompetenzen in Deeskalation und Selbstverteidigung.
  • Sie sind bereit, im 24\-Stunden\-Betrieb unregelmässige Dienste zu leisten, einschliesslich \- und Wochenenddiensten sowie Pikettdienst.
  • Einwandfreier Leumund, Führerausweis Kat. B und Mindestalter 25 Jahre.
