Job Summary

Join Ascend Organisation to build a career in sales, campaign management, and leadership with hands-on customer engagement and campaign execution experience, supported by structured training and clear career progression.

Responsibilities

  • Represent and execute marketing campaigns for established brands through face-to-face customer interactions to enhance brand presence
  • Engage customers professionally to deliver a consistent and positive brand experience
  • Support the planning and execution of events, roadshows, and promotional campaigns to increase campaign reach
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and contribute actively to achieving team sales targets
  • Develop communication, customer engagement, and sales skills through practical experience and feedback
  • Progress into roles involving team coordination, campaign management, and leadership responsibilities based on performance and readiness

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage customers and collaborate with team members
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work well within a team
