The posting

Jewish Vocational Service (JVS) is a non-profit, non-sectarian agency and one of the largest providers of workforce development services in Greater Boston. Founded in 1938, JVS has a long history of helping individuals adapt to changing workforce needs and achieve economic stability through employment, training, and education. Today, our mission is to empower individuals from diverse communities to overcome barriers to employment and begin building meaningful careers, while partnering with employers to hire, train, and sustain productive workforces.

The Career Coach provides job-readiness training to individuals with disabilities, focusing on the foundational skills needed to obtain and maintain employment in the community. The MassAbility Transition program (Transition Program) provides an array of career exploration, self-advocacy, work readiness training, and counseling on post-secondary education for career seekers with disabilities age 14 – 22 who are enrolled in school or higher education. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
