Jobbeskrivning Vill du ta ägarskap över en av våra mest automatiserade processer – och samtidigt driva utveckling framåt? JYSK Distribution Center i Nässjö söker en Department Manager Picking Automation med ansvar för att leda, optimera och utveckla ett högautomatiserat plockflöde. Här driver du resultat i vardagen samtidigt som du sätter riktning framåt. Du har ett tydligt mandat att påverka prestation, arbetssätt och samarbete i en verksamhet med högt tempo. Om rollen Du äger flödet inom avdelningen Picking Automation – från daglig drift till långsiktig utveckling. Ditt uppdrag är att säkerställa stabil leverans, hög kapacitet och kontinuerlig förbättring, samtidigt som du bygger ett team som levererar resultat. Du arbetar nära drift, teknik och ledning och har direkt påverkan på både resultat och utveckling. Rollen rapporterar till Operation Manager. I rollen får du: En nyckelroll i ett högautomatiserat flöde Tydligt mandat och resultatansvar för din avdelning

Det här kommer du att driva Säkerställa ett stabilt och effektivt plockflöde Maximera kapacitet Följa upp KPI:er och agera vid avvikelser Driva förbättringar inom prestation, flöde och kostnad Säkerställa samarbete och kommunikation mellan avdelningen och andra funktioner

Vi ser att du har: 2–5 års erfarenhet av operativt ledarskap där du leder ledare Vana att arbeta med KPI:er och resultatstyrning Erfarenhet av logistik, produktion och automation Förmåga att utveckla team och skapa prestation Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska
