Når dagen går på hæld, og roen sænker sig, er der stadig borgere, der har brug for tryghed, omsorg og faglighed. Hos Jysk Hjemmepleje i Hobro søger vi en SSA til aftenvagt, som trives i de sene timer – og som med nærvær og overblik gør en reel forskel for borgerne.

Her får du en aftenvagt med mening, ansvar og relationer, hvor du bliver en vigtig del af borgernes hverdag, når det betyder allermest.

Vi søger en fast SSA i aftenvagt til vores afdeling i Hobro – en kollega, der trives med ansvar, selvstændighed og nærvær i mødet med borgerne. Hos os får du en aftenvagt med ro, faglighed og plads til relationer.

Du er uddannet social- og sundhedsassistent (SSA) og kan genkende dig selv i et job, hvor:

  • Du møder borgerne med respekt, empati og blik for deres individuelle behov
  • Du værdsætter borgernes selvbestemmelse og støtter dem i at leve det liv, de ønsker
  • Du arbejder selvstændigt, struktureret og tager ansvar for dine opgaver
  • Du bidrager positivt til samarbejdet og det gode kollegaskab – også på aftenvagt

Arbejdsvilkår

  • Stillingen er som udgangspunkt på 28 timer om ugen
  • Du indgår i fast aftenvagtplan med weekendvagt hver 2. uge
  • Stillingen er omfattet af overenskomst med KA Pleje
  • Opstart: Hurtigst muligt
  • Arbejdssted: Nytorv 1, 1. sal, 9500 Hobro

Jysk Hjemmepleje Aps har eksisteret siden 2013. Vi leverer personlig- og praktisk hjælp døgnet rundt til borgere i Rebild- og Mariagerfjord Kommune. Vi leverer visiterede ydelser for vores borgere, og arbejder efter faste kørelister (vi er ikke et vikarbureau). Vi har mere end 80 ansatte med forskellige baggrunde som fx SSH, SSA og Sygeplejerske. Vi består af to afdelinger, hvoraf afdelingen for Rebild Kommune ligger i Støvring og afdelingen for Mariagerfjord Kommune i Hobro.
