Description du poste

En tant que bras droit du Store Manager, tu seras responsable de l'optimisation des tâches dans le magasin et des résultats des ventes :

  • Tu assisteras le responsable du magasin dans la gestion quotidienne du magasin. 🛒
  • Tu encadreras tes collègues, planifieras les réunions d'information et veilleras à ce que tout le monde sache ce qu'il y a à faire. 🎯
  • Tu t’efforceras d'offrir la meilleure expérience possible au client: conseiller, aider, fournir un service.
  • Tu garderas une vue d'ensemble, optimiseras les processus et réfléchiras à des améliorations🔧.
  • Tu interviendras là où c'est nécessaire: caisse, réapprovisionnement des stocks, mise en place des présentoirs, traitement du transport de marchandises...
