WAS BEINHALTET DEINE NÄCHSTE STELLE

  • Gemeinsam mit der Filialleitung bist du für eine JYSK-Filiale verantwortlich
  • Entsprechend der JYSK-Werte unterstützt du deine Filialleitung bei der Weiterentwicklung des Filialteams auf der Verkaufsfläche
  • Du ergreifst die Initiative, um Kennzahlen positiv zu beeinflussen und motivierst das Team, großartige Ergebnisse zu erzielen
  • Du setzt die Filialkonzepte und -routinen um und hältst diese nach
  • Du magst Bewegung und körperliche Arbeit und agierst als Vorbild, indem du zusammen mit der Filialleitung, die Verantwortung im Verkauf und den Routineaufgaben in der Filiale übernimmst

  • Für uns zählt deine Einstellung, alles andere können wir dir beibringen, deswegen sind Quereinsteiger auch herzlich willkommen
  • Du bist inspirierend und kommunikativ und schaffst hierdurch eine positive Arbeitsumgebung

  • Selbst in stressigen Situationen bleibst du fokussiert und motivierst dein Team
  • Du bist bereit, auch an Samstagen zu arbeiten und hast dafür einen Tag in der Woche frei
  • Du brennst für den Verkauf und bist ein kompetenter Kundenberater
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) in Wort und Schrift
