Of je nu uit de horeca komt, barista bent geweest of ervaring hebt opgedaan in een restaurant — als jij commercieel bent, graag met mensen werkt en klaar bent voor de volgende stap, dan is dit jouw kans! Wij zoeken toekomstige leiders.

Wat hebben wij voor jou in gedachten?

  • 🛠️ Stap 1: Vanaf dat je binnenkomt leer je bij ons het vak, de klanten, de producten én de collega’s kennen.
  • 🧭 Stap 2: Je krijgt begeleiding, training én de kans om verantwoordelijk te zijn voor je eigen afdeling in de winkel.
  • 🚀 Stap 3: Daarna ben je klaar voor de volgende stap. Assistant Bedrijfsleider? Of Bedrijfsleider? … Wie weet waar jij eindigt? (Misschien CEO? Verras ons!)

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je hebt ambitie en je bent niet bang om die waar te maken. Jouw lijfspreuk is; "Ik heb het nog nooit gedaan, dus ik denk dat ik het wel kan".
  • Je houdt van mensen: klanten én collega’s. (Ja, ook die lastige.)
  • Een stoel of kast verkoopt zichzelf niet – soms moet die ook verplaatst worden. De baan is dus fysiek uitdagend, maar daar draai jij je handen niet voor om. Integendeel: je ziet het als een extra work-out.
  • Je vindt het niet erg om hands-on te starten. Want jij snapt dat ervaring op de vloer goud waard is.
