Road Logistics Manager (m/w/d) ==============================

Wie du dich einbringst * Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des \-Teams

* Aktive Unterstützung des National Manager bei der Planung und Steuerung der Verkaufsaktivitäten im Bereich Road Logistics

* Sicherstellung einer professionellen Betreuung von Bestands\- und Neukunden

* Beobachtung von Markttrends und Ableitung von Massnahmen zur Wettbewerbsfähigkeit

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen Teams, um höchste Servicequalität und Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen.

* Analyse und Optimierung von Verkaufsprozessen inkl. Digitalisierung und Automatisierung

Was dich auszeichnet * Abgeschlossene Speditionsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Road Logistics, idealerweise im Verkauf

* Führungserfahrung sowie die Fähigkeit, Teams zu motivieren und erfolgreich weiterzuentwickeln

* Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Verhandlungsgeschick und Kommunikationsstärke

* Eigeninitiative, Entscheidungsfreude und Problemlösungskompetenz

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
