Unser Auftraggeber ist eine weltweit tätige Marketingorganisation die es sich zum Ziel gesetzt hat, die Präsenz und Nachfrage nach einem sehr hochwertigen und luxuriösen Edelmetall zu steigern. Im Fokus der Aktivitäten stehen Schmuckproduzenten und Juweliere. Zur Stärkung der Präsenz in Deutschland (und perspektivisch Mitteleuropa) sucht unser Auftraggeber zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen enthusiastischen, eigenmotivierten, vertriebsstarken Director Business Development (w/m/d) in einer unbefristeten Festanstellung. Die deutsche Präsenz der Organisation ist in München, und Ihr Dienstsitz kann gerne dort oder im Homeoffice sein. Ihre Aufgaben in dieser Position - Sie bearbeiten den relevanten deutschen Zielmarkt aktiv und strukturiert. Dabei nutzen Sie Marketing- und Partnerprogramme der Dachorganisation und entwickeln ggf. perspektivisch eigene Kampagnen - Im Zuge Ihrer Aktivitäten schaffen Sie sich ein leistungsstarkes Netzwerk an Schmuckproduzenten und Juwelieren, das Ihr bisheriges Netzwerk ergänzt - Sie beobachten Ihr Marktumfeld permanent, besuchen Messen und andere einschlägige Veranstaltungen, und repräsentieren unseren Mandanten am Point of Sales oder beim Produzenten - Auf diese Weise erhöhen Sie kontinuierlich die Bekanntheit und Nachfrage Ihres Produkts Voraussetzungen Diese Eigenschaften zeichnen Sie aus - Sie sind eine erfahrene Vertriebspersönlichkeit mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen in den Bereichen Schmuck, Edelmetalle, Luxusgüter oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld - Sie haben ein kaufmännisches Studium oder eine Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen - Ihre Vertriebserfahrung, Reisebereitschaft und Proaktivität zeichnen Sie aus und versetzt Sie in die Lage, als "Unternehmer im Unternehmen" erfolgreich zu wirken - Ihre Mitarbeiter und Kolleginnen beschreiben Sie als eigenmotivierte, engagierte Persönlichkeit mit offener und positiver Kommunikation - In dieser Position berichten Sie direkt an ein Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung - Sie sprechen fließend Englisch und im besten Fall eine weitere europäische Sprache Vorteile Ihre Chancen in dieser Position - Sie bauen in Deutschland "Ihren Markt" und ein eigenes Team auf, und expandieren perspektivisch in das benachbarte Ausland - Ihre Aktivität sorgt für eine wachsende Bekanntheit und Nachfrage des von Ihnen beworbenen Edelmetalls - Durch Ihre Erfolge wachsen Sie in eine mitteleuropäische Führungsrolle innerhalb der Organisation unseres Mandanten, und werden zum ersten Repräsentaten dieses Gebiets - Ein überdurchschnittliches Gehalt und ein Dienstwagen auch zur privaten Nutzung gehören zu Ihren Benefits
