Tööülesanded: Tule Sportland Kõrvemaa Resorti vahetusevanemaks-teenindajaks! Sinu peamiseks ülesandeks on tagada Sportland Kõrvemaa matka- ja suusakeskuse külastajatele meeldiv, professionaalne ja südamlik teenindus ning hoolitseda keskuse igapäevase sujuva toimimise eest.

Sinu peamised tööülesanded: - Külastajate sõbralik ja professionaalne teenindamine keskuse kohvikus ning infolauas. - Kohviku igapäevase töö iseseisev korraldamine, sealhulgas letiteenindus, toodete müük. - Kohviku korrashoiu, kaubavaliku ja müügivalmiduse tagamine. - Keskuse igapäevaste tegevuste koordineerimine, külastajate juhendamine ning erinevate teenuste tutvustamine. - Keskuse ürituste ja grupikülastuste ettevalmistamisel ning läbiviimisel osalemine. - Kiirematel päevadel koostöö täiendavate teenindajate ja ülejäänud meeskonnaga.

Omalt poolt pakume: - Paindlikku töökorraldust – täistööajaga graafikujärgset tööd, kokkuleppel võimalust töötada ka 0,75 koormusega.- Motiveerivat tasustamissüsteemi – lisaks põhipalgale võimalust teenida tulemustasu, mis väärtustab Sinu panust ja häid töötulemusi. - Sõidukompensatsiooni – hüvitame tööle ja koju liikumisega seotud transpordikulusid kokkulepitud tingimustel. - Toetavat ja kokkuhoidvat meeskonda – töötad koos positiivsete ja uuendusmeelsete kolleegidega, kes väärtustavad koostööd ja häid ideid. - Iseseisvust ja võimalust kaasa rääkida – saad panustada keskuse igapäevase töö korraldamisse, teeninduskvaliteedi arendamisse ja uute ideede elluviimisse. - Mitmekülgset tööd looduskaunis keskkonnas – Sinu tööpäevad mööduvad aktiivse eluviisi, sportlike sündmuste ja toredate külastajate keskel.
