Haluatko työskennellä ympäristössä, jossa jokainen asiakaskohtaaminen on mahdollisuus ylittää odotukset? Etsimme Porsche Center Helsinkiin asiakaspalveluhenkistä, energistä ja ihmisistä aidosti kiinnostunutta asiakaskokemuksen lähettilästä määräaikaiseen osa-aikaiseen työsuhteeseen.

Tässä tehtävässä tärkeintä ei ole pelkästään autoalan kokemus, vaan aito halu kohdata ihmisiä. Olet ensimmäinen henkilö, jonka asiakkaamme tapaavat saapuessaan Porsche Centeriin. Luot ensivaikutelman, toivotat asiakkaat lämpimästi tervetulleiksi, huolehdit heidän viihtymisestään vierailun aikana ja varmistat, että heidän Porsche-kokemuksensa vastaa maailman arvostetuimman urheiluautobrändin standardeja. Samalla toimit tärkeänä linkkinä asiakkaiden, huoltotiimin ja muun henkilöstön välillä, jotta palveluprosessi etenee sujuvasti ja asiakkaat pysyvät ajan tasalla koko vierailunsa ajan.

Työskentelet pääasiassa Porsche Center Helsingissä Herttoniemessä, mutta tehtävään voi ajoittain sisältyä työvuoroja myös Porsche Center Espoossa. Kyseessä on osa-aikainen tehtävä, 15 tuntia viikossa. Työvuorot sijoittuvat toimipisteiden tarpeiden mukaisesti klo 8.00-18.00 välille.

Tarjoamme määräaikaisen työsuhteen 30.4.2027 asti. Määräaikaisuuden perusteena on uuden Porsche Center Helsingin toiminnan vakiintumattomuus.

  • Hallitset suomen kielen erinomaisesti ja englannin kielen sujuvasti
  • Sinulla on voimassa oleva ajokortti

Aiempi kokemus työskentelystä premium-brändin parissa ja kokemus varaosa- ja lisävarustemyynnistä luetaan eduksi.
