Teet kaikkesi varmistaaksesi myynnin ja hyvän asiakaskokemuksen. Haemme nyt K-ryhmään K-Market-ketjuyksikköön aktiivista ja ammattitaitoista ketjupäällikköä vakituiseen työsuhteeseen Pohjois-Suomen alueelle.

Ketjupäällikkönä vastaat ketjun strategisten tavoitteiden saavuttamisesta omalla alueellasi tekemällä tavoitteellista yhteistyötä alueen kauppiasyrittäjien kanssa. Toimit kauppiaan ensisijaisena yhteyshenkilönä Keskossa ja varmistat omalla toiminnallasi asiakaslähtöisen, ainutlaatuisen ja tiedolla johdetun kauppakohtaisen liikeidean näkymisen asiakkaille. Ohjaat ja hyödynnät laajaa matriisiorganisaatiotamme tavoitteiden saavuttamiseksi. Työskentelytapasi kauppiasrajapinnassa sekä Keskon sisällä herättävät luottamusta. Työnkuva on monipuolinen sekoitus kenttä- ja toimistotyötä.

Tuleva toimipisteesi sijaitsee Oulussa Keskon aluetoimistolla. Vastuualueesi kattaa koko Pohjois-Suomen ulottuen Oulusta aina Nuorgamiin saakka. Runsaan matkustamisen vuoksi asuinpaikkasi olisi hyvä sijaita esim. Oulussa tai sen pohjoispuolella.

  • Kaupan alan työkokemusta ja/tai ruoan vähittäiskauppaosaamista
  • Soveltuvaa korkeakoulututkintoa (esim. KTM, tradenomi)
  • Kauppiasyrittäjien ajatusmaailman ymmärrystä
  • Kykyä rakentaa luottamusta
  • Myyntinälkää ja kykyä johtaa myyntiä
  • Liiketalouden tunnuslukujen ja käsitteiden hallintaa
