Etsimme K-Market Liilaan myymäläpäällikköä, joka on aidosti innostunut asiakaspalvelusta ja haluaa olla mukana kehittämässä kaupan arkea yhdessä kauppiaan kanssa. Meillä tehdään töitä reippaassa tahdissa, mutta rennossa ja hyvähenkisessä työyhteisössä.

Myymäläpäällikkönä toimit kauppiaan oikeana kätenä ja vastaat kaupan päivittäisen toiminnan sujuvuudesta. Työskentelet joustavasti kaikkina kaupan aukioloaikoina ja osallistut käytännön työhön kaikilla osastoilla sekä tarvittaessa myös kassalla. Huolehdit asiakaspalvelun onnistumisesta ja osallistut henkilökunnan perehdyttämiseen ja kouluttamiseen.

Odotamme sinulta kokemusta päivittäistavarakaupasta sekä hyviä valmiuksia K-ryhmän ja Keskon järjestelmien käyttöön (mm. Honeywell, Qlik Sense, K-Kampanja ja K-Valikoima). Rahankäsittely, tilitystoiminnot ja työvuorosuunnittelu ovat sinulle entuudestaan tuttuja. Reagoit muuttuviin tilanteisiin joustavasti ja oma-aloitteisesti.

Kaupassamme toimii laajat pakettipalvelut sekä Wolt, ja nämä ovat luonnollinen osa myymälän arkea. Lisäksi teemme valmiita Take Away -annoksia, joten toivomme innostusta myös ruuanlaittoon. Sinulla on halu kehittää sekä omaa osaamistasi että kauppaa pitkäjänteisesti eteenpäin. Arvostamme positiivista asennetta, vastuunkantoa ja kykyä tarttua kehityskohteisiin ja viedä asioita määrätietoisesti eteenpäin.

Odotamme sinulta:

  • 3-5 vuotta kaupan kokemusta
  • alalle soveltuvaa koulutusta, kaupallinen perustutkinto
  • iloista asiakaspalveluasennetta
  • positiivista ja reipasta mieltä
  • työtä pelkäämätöntä asennetta
  • vastuunottokykyä
  • sujuvaa suomen kielitaitoa
  • vähintään 18-vuoden ikää
