K-Auto Huittinen ja Forssa etsii palveluhenkistä, tavoitteellista ja teknisesti osaavaa työnjohtajaa vakituiseen työsuhteeseen vastaamaan korjaamoiden päivittäisen toiminnan sujuvuudesta sekä laadukkaan asiakaskokemuksen mahdollistamisesta.

Tehtävässäsi vastaat huolto- ja korjaustöiden tehokkaasta suunnittelusta, resursoinnista ja seurannasta varmistaen, että työt toteutetaan valmistajan standardien, ohjeistusten ja laatuvaatimusten mukaisesti.

Työnjohtajana toimit mekaanikoiden esihenkilönä sekä pidät päivittäisen korjaamotoiminnan keskiössä varmistaen laadukkaan sekä tuottavan työn läpiviennin. Työskentelet tiiviissä yhteistyössä huoltoneuvojien, varaosahenkilöstön, mekaanikkojen sekä muiden sidosryhmien kanssa.

  • Autoalalle soveltuvaa ammatti- tai ammattikorkeakoulututkintoa
  • Aiempaa kokemusta korjaamotyöstä ja korjaamoympäristöstä
  • Positiivista ja ratkaisukeskeistä asennetta
  • Hyviä organisointi- ja priorisointitaitoja
  • Itsenäistä, tarkkaa ja systemaattista työskentelyotetta
  • Hyviä yhteistyö- ja vuorovaikutustaitoja

Aiempi kokemus työskentelystä Volkswagen, Audi tai Skoda brändien parissa ja kokemus varaosa- ja lisävarustemyynnistä luetaan eduksi.
