Tiivistelmä työpaikkailmoituksesta:

  • Haemme määräaikaiseen perhevapaan sijaisuuteen työntekijää päivittäistavarakaupan työtehtäviin. Työ alkaa viimeistään vuoden 2027 alussa, mutta perehdytys voidaan aloittaa jo yhteisesti sovittuna aiemmin. Työ kestää alustavan arvion mukaan ainakin 31.8.2027 saakka.
  • Työ painottuu monipuolisiin kaupan alan työtehtäviin. Täysi-ikäisyys ja sujuva suomenkielen taito vaaditaan. Työaika on kaikkina kaupan aukioloaikoina, arkisin ja viikonloppuisin eli klo 6-21 välillä.
  • Haemme työntekijää, joka voi työskennellä yrityksen molemmissa toimipisteissä eli K-Supermarket Suomussalmella sekä K-Market Rahtimiehentiellä.
  • Tehtävään ei vaadita aiempaa kaupan alan työkokemusta, sillä perehdytämme työtehtävään.
  • Tarjoamme erinomaiset henkilöstöedut (mm. liikuntaetu)

Tehtäväsi:

Myyjän työtehtäviin kuuluvat monipuoliset päivittäistavarakaupan tehtävät, kuten asiakaspalvelu, kassatyöskentely, tuotteiden vastaanotto, kuormien purkaminen, hyllytys ja tuotteiden esillepano. Työhön kuuluu myös päiväysten tarkistaminen, hävikin hallinta, myymälän siisteydestä huolehtiminen sekä asiakkaiden auttaminen ja opastaminen. Meillä on lisäksi pakettipalvelut, jotka ovat päivittäinen osa kaupassa työskentelyä.

Työssä korostuvat asiakaslähtöisyys, oma-aloitteisuus, vastuullisuus, yhteistyökyky ja joustavuus. Työntekijältä odotetaan reipasta työotetta, huolellisuutta sekä valmiutta työskennellä monipuolisesti myymälän eri tehtävissä.
