岗位职责 1、系统运维【属地化高效响应】：作为区域对接 IT 的常设入口，受理并处理销售同事在日常系统使用与数据方面的问题（如账号权限、功能使用、数据报表、操作异常等），需要总部处理的负责跟进到底，做到件件有回音； 2、系统优化【为一线减负】：深入了解销售业务，了解真实的一线业务场景，发掘功能优化、系统改进方向，并联动总部 IT 团队改进落地； 3、实施推广【落地用起来】：承接总部销售类系统（SFA、DMS、TPM、BI 等）及项目专项在区域的实施、推广，关注一线是否真正用起来、愿不愿意使用，而不只看系统是否上线。

任职要求 1、懂业务：3 年以上快消行业经验（饮料、食品优先），在市场、渠道、销运、销售业务管理岗任过职；熟悉经销商管理、终端分销、业代拜访、费用投放等业务链路； 2、懂 IT：理解主流销售系统的业务逻辑，有系统实施、上线或深度使用经历；能与 IT 团队在同一语境下对话——需求、方案、数据口径、系统集成；有一定的数据分析能力（BI 工具、SQL 基础）； 3、有改进意识：对一线作业中费时费力的环节有切身体会，愿意主动琢磨怎么让它更省事、更顺手，习惯借助系统和工具解决问题，有过把想法推动落地的实际经历； 4、沟通能力：能融入销售团队，与销售团队“打成一片”，也能在总部标准与区域现实之间做好衔接； 5、实干务实：愿意跟车跑店、下市场，既能写需求也能盯上线，不做只停在方案上的人。
