1、深入研究无人零售领域的市场细分，并完成在划分市场里选定目标市场； 2、从行业视角出发，洞察客户的需求，定位影响交易决策的因素和厂商与客户的痛点，制定解决方案，提升交易转化效率和合作稳定性； 3、结合竞争对手的策略设计和打法规则，建立和推动人效更高的销售作业模式，提供可供销售使用的策略武器和产品工具； 4、分析业绩指标，针对异常点提出有效的运营策略并推动落地执行，具备闭环管理思维； 5、负责零售业务中心客户方案制定以及商品销售策略输出，对销售效率、客户竞争力及商品渗透率指标负责； 6、针对销售人员进行绩效设计和激励管理，定期完成绩效目标复盘，并不断提出优化建议； 7、深入研究供应链的效率提升机会，包括但不限于品牌、品类、商品、价盘等，并持续优化交易转化链路。

1、掌握良好的结构化思维能力，有独立完整的业务分析经验，有过从方案产出到落地推广的实践经验； 2、具备产品规划能力，可完成BRD/PRD输出； 3、具备项目管理能力，明确项目目标及达成路径，推动复杂问题的解决，全程负责项目管理，统筹协调内外部资源的分配，有项目认证资质优先； 4、有较强的数据敏感度、市场洞察及逻辑思维能力，善于应用数据分析发现和挖掘问题； 5、本科以上学历，7年以上互联网运营管理或策略分析经验，有互联网公司或饮料食品厂商策略运营管理工作经验优先； 6、有良好的情绪控制能力，有空杯心态和积极进取的精神。
