【岗位职责 Job Responsibility 】 全业务数据运营与监控 负责企业级业务的数据处理与分析，对接日常数据需求；跟踪关键经营指标，监控业务数据波动，及时识别异动、定位原因并输出业务洞察。 指标体系搭建与汇报 协助搭建和维护企业级业务指标体系，沉淀行业级分析框架；定期整理数据报告，向业务及管理层清晰汇报数据结论，将数据转化为可执行的业务建议。 业务洞察与策略支持 围绕业务场景开展专项分析与策略复盘，挖掘增长机会与潜在风险，支持业务决策。 项目管理与跨部门协同 负责数据相关项目的推进与落地，对接业务、产品、运营、市场等多团队，协调资源、推动问题解决，确保分析成果有效落地。

【任职要求 Job Requirement】 本科及以上在读，统计、数学等相关专业优先 ，每周可实习4天及以上，连续实习4个月及以上。 熟练掌握SQL，有数据仓库使用经验，具备处理亿级数据的能力；掌握Python者优先。 具备较好的逻辑思维、数据敏感度和学习能力，能主动拆解复杂问题并推进任务。 对快消/零售/互联网行业有兴趣，有相关实习、项目或竞赛经验者优先。 有vibe coding经验、独立开发工具/技能或完整项目经验者加分。 有项目管理经验者加分。
