1、危机公关体系落地与预案迭代 参与公司危机公关体系搭建与优化，聚焦快消行业品牌舆情场景，协助梳理、细化各类舆情危机应对预案、标准流程与场景化应对策略。独立完成预案内容更新、场景补充及案例沉淀，配合开展内部危机模拟演练，输出演练复盘、问题优化建议，持续优化舆情应急标准动作，不涉及团队管理工作。 2、突发危机舆情研判与实操处置 依托高敏锐的舆情危机敏感度，全天候监测全网舆情动态，快速筛选、甄别海量网络信息，精准识别潜在风险、区分舆情等级，具备独立信息研判与快速决策能力。突发危机事件发生时，快速响应、高效配合跨部门开展事实核查、问题溯源，落地舆情应对、话术输出、舆论引导等全流程实操工作，高效闭环处置问题，最大程度降低品牌负面舆情影响。 3、品牌事件营销独立策划与执行 深度跟进快消市场动态、消费趋势及用户偏好，结合品牌定位与产品特点，独立完成轻量化事件营销、品牌传播方案策划与落地执行。负责方案落地跟进、内容输出、过程把控及效果复盘，通过专业化传播动作提升品牌正向口碑与用户好感度。 4、数字化工具落地提效与数据沉淀 熟练运用各类AI工具开展舆情分析、内容创作、风险拆解、方案优化等实操工作，大幅提升舆情处置与内容产出效率。精通多维表格工具，独立搭建舆情台账、危机案例库、项目执行台账，完成日常数据沉淀、舆情复盘、案例总结，形成标准化、可复用的实操方法论。具备极强落地执行力，确保各项工作高效、精准闭环。

1、本科及以上学历，熟悉快消行业、懂消费市场、懂互联网传播逻辑，了解主流社交媒体传播规则，具备扎实的舆情风控、品牌传播专业认知； 2、具备极强的舆情危机敏感度，擅长快速筛选、甄别、研判网络信息，精准识别隐性舆情风险，拥有优秀的独立判断力、临场决策力与问题解决能力； 3、执行力突出，落地能力强，能够高效推进舆情处置、营销策划、内容运营、数据复盘等各项专项工作，抗压能力优秀，可适配7*24小时突发舆情应急工作节奏； 4、熟练掌握各类AI工具（舆情分析、文案创作、内容优化等），精通多维表格数据搭建、台账管理、数据复盘，能够依托数字化工具实现工作提效与标准化沉淀； 5、资深互联网用户，精准捕捉网络情绪与平台热点趋势，学习迭代能力强，可快速适配行业变化与工作需求； 6、拥有独立操盘舆情项目、落地重大舆情处置案例的实操经验，无团队管理要求，专注专业落地，面试需携带过往落地案例。
