1. 内容电商平台视频账号运营（TikTok等） - 作为项目对接窗口，对接平台侧重点项目及代理服务商日常协作，深度参与内容全流程管理：从创意方向挖掘、脚本审核优化、交付跟进，到内容发布管理、售后管理等重要环节； - 建立内容效果监测机制，定期输出数据复盘报告，结合售后反馈形成内容优化闭环。 2. 海外KOL达人营销全链路执行：跟进并推动海外KOL达人营销，发掘符合品牌及产品调性的KOL进行合作，包括但不限于KOL资源挖掘、筛选及建联、KOL日常沟通、样品发货、跟进交付、追踪转化效果并分析相关数据； 3. 行业洞察与竞品情报分析：整合国内外品牌电商玩法，追踪类目、竞品动态和发展趋势，定期监测海外社媒热点话题、挑战赛、流行BGM及内容形式，结合饮料消费场景（户外、办公、聚会等）输出可落地的内容创意洞察； 【吸引点】 1. 见证中国新锐消费品公司的海外征程，既能深度参与元气森林在海外1-10的建设历程，又能脚踏实地学习跨境内容电商全链路，表现优异可获转正推荐； 2. 团队氛围好，与优秀活泼且多元的伙伴相互学习、携手并进，团队伙伴来自麦肯锡、高盛、字节和亚马逊等国际团队涵盖投资/投行/咨询/互联网/快消等背景； 3. 随时掉落元气各款新产品和隐藏菜单试喝。

1. 2027年毕业，本科及以上学历，专业不限 2. 对消费品和海外市场有基本认知和理解，有电商或品牌营销经历优先； 3. 英语听说流利，能适应英文工作场景，有海外学习和生活经历优先； 4. 熟悉TikTok、Instagram、Amazon等海外主流内容/电商平台，对短视频内容敏感、有网感，了解海外用户内容消费习惯； 5. 逻辑清晰，数据敏感，熟练使用Excel进行基础数据分析，能用数据支撑判断； 6. 能尽快入职，办公地点位于北京霄云路；每周保证4天以上出勤，实习期不少于3个月，能快速到岗者优先。
