1. 协助完成集团日常合规运营管理，监督各项业务活动的合规性，确保业务流程、操作规范符合国家法律法规、行业监管政策及公司内部规章制度要求，规避合规风险； 2. 合规项目管理：协助推进合规专项项目的全流程管理，包括项目计划制定、跨部门协调、进度跟踪、风险预警与结项复盘，确保各项合规专项按时保质交付。 3. 合规系统支持与优化：协助合规管理系统的日常运维与迭代优化，包括需求收集与梳理、功能测试、数据维护、用户操作支持等，推动合规管理线上化、流程化、标准化。 4. AI 工具应用与探索：参与合规场景下的 AI 应用探索与落地，利用大语言模型等工具提升文案审核、法规检索、风险筛查、培训内容生成等工作效率；协助搭建和优化合规知识库、智能问答等 AI 辅助工具，持续探索 AI 在合规管理中的创新应用。

1. 学历与专业：本科及以上在读学生，法学、新闻传播、广告学、新媒体、理工生等相关专业优先；可保证连续实习 3 个月及以上，每周到岗 3-4 天。 2. 文字与合规素养：具备较强的文字敏感度，细心严谨、责任心强，拥有良好的信息辨别与风险判断能力；了解《广告法》及互联网内容监管相关规定者优先，有无相关实习经历均可。 3. 项目管理能力：具备基础的项目管理意识，能够协助推进跨部门协作事项，跟踪任务进度、整理会议纪要、推动问题闭环，确保各项工作按时落地。 4. IT 与系统支持：熟悉常用办公软件及在线协作工具，能够支持合规系统的日常运维与数据整理；有需求梳理、流程优化、系统测试或产品运营相关经验者优先。 5. AI 工具应用与开发：对 AI 工具及大语言模型有实际使用经验，能够利用 AI 提升文案审核、资料检索、数据整理等工作效率；有 Prompt 工程、低代码开发或简单脚本编写能力者优先，可参与合规场景下的 AI 应用探索与落地。
