1. 根据品牌定位、产品卖点及目标市场，独立完成具有创意表现和商业价值的包装设计。 2. 负责现有品牌产品的包装延展与落地，包括不同规格包装、外箱及运输纸箱设计等。 3. 负责产品相关资料的设计与整理，包括产品及纸箱三视图、产品手册、渠道报审/报店资料等。 4. 跟进包装从设计到量产的全流程，包括包装预变形、印前文件制作、打样确认、现场看样以及包材供应商沟通，确保最终成品符合设计和生产要求。 5. 根据市场及渠道需求，完成POSM、电商头图、Banner、详情页等相关视觉物料的设计延展。 6. 能够理解公司对产品的商业化的需求 7. 与产品、市场、销售及供应链团队协作，按计划推进项目并保证交付质量。

1. 视觉传达、平面设计、包装设计或相关专业本科及以上学历。 2. 具有2–3年包装或品牌视觉设计经验；有消费品、食品饮料、美妆个护等相关行业经验者优先。 3. 熟悉包装设计及生产落地流程，了解常见包装材质、印刷工艺、刀模和印前规范。 4. 熟练使用Adobe Illustrator、Photoshop等设计软件；具备字体设计、修图经验者优先。 5. 具备良好的英文读写和沟通能力，能够理解英文需求并进行日常工作沟通；有品牌出海或海外市场项目经验者优先。 6. 能够合理运用生成式AI等工具辅助创意探索、视觉制作和设计提效。 7. 逻辑清晰，具有良好的审美能力、表达能力和提案能力，能够准确阐述设计理念。 8. 具备良好的团队协作和跨部门沟通能力，责任心强，踏实可靠。 9. 能够接受因打样、看样或供应商沟通产生的短期出差。
