1. 推动新品/新市场从0到1落地，完成市场调研、竞品分析、产品上线及冷启动，并通过持续测试和复盘沉淀有效的增长打法。 2. 负责店铺及产品精细化运营，包括Listing、广告投放、促销、价格及库存等，持续优化流量、转化率、ACOS、ROI等核心指标。 3. 负责欧洲市场及消费者洞察，跟踪品类趋势、竞争格局和消费者需求，为新品上市、定价及营销策略提供依据。 4. 负责Amazon欧洲站整体运营及业绩增长，制定销售目标和运营策略，持续提升销售额、市场份额及利润表现，对业务结果负责。 5. 通过数据驱动业务决策，定期进行经营分析和业务复盘，识别增长机会及经营问题，并推动优化方案落地。 6. 协同品牌、市场、供应链、产品等团队，推进新品上市、营销活动、备货等关键项目，确保业务目标高效落地。

- 本科及以上学历，1-3年亚马逊全链路运营经验； 有欧洲市场运营经验，熟悉英国、德国等主要欧洲市场，精品模式运营经验优先；熟悉Listing、FBA、Amazon Ads、deals、Review、库存等核心运营模块； - 有从0到1负责新品、新店铺、新市场或新品类经验者优先；FMCG、食品饮料、消费品等行业经验者优先； - 数据敏感，结果导向，执行力强，具备良好的跨部门沟通及项目推动能力； - 英语可作为工作语言；掌握德语、法语、西班牙语、意大利语等欧洲语言者加分。
