1、策略标准制定：负责与所支持战区建立密切沟通窗口，协助制定并执行区域销售策略，如制定重点产品系统上架铺市标准、陈列标准、价格及推广执行标准等，指导并跟踪各大区相关标准落地执行； 2、销售业绩管理：达成公司下达的销售目标与利润指标，定期分析销售数据，及时调整销售计划；定期参与战区内部销售会议，识别并针对业务卡点问题进行有效资源协调，确保区域销售业绩持续增长； 3、销售费用管理：监督审核区域费用使用情况，并有效分配手中资源助力销售增长，确保费用投放使用效益最大化； 4、市场拓展与客户维护：拓展区域内的零售客户资源，包括但不限于商超、便利店、专卖店等渠道，与重要客户建立长期稳定的合作关系，组织并参与客户谈判、合同签订等商务活动，提升公司产品在区域市场的覆盖率与渗透率； 5、营销活动策划与执行：根据区域市场特点与销售数据，策划并组织各类营销推广活动，如促销活动、新品上市推广、会员营销等，与市场部协同制定活动方案，确保活动的有效执行与落地，评估活动效果并总结经验，为后续营销活动提供参考依据； 6、数据分析与决策支持：收集、整理和分析区域市场的各类数据，包括销售数据、市场动态、竞争对手信息等，定期向上级领导提交区域运营报告，为公司决策层提供数据支持与决策建议，基于数据分析发现市场机会与问题点，提出针对性的改进措施与解决方案。

1、本科及以上学历，具有 3 年以上快消行业MT渠道或重点客户渠道销售经验； 2、具备优秀的沟通、谈判和团队协作能力，拥有业务&职能全视角经历优先； 3、拥有良好的市场分析和方案输出能力，能为区域提供有效解决方案，并善于资源整合； 4、能够承受一定的工作压力，具备高度的责任心和职业素养，价值观正。
