1. 产品调研与定义：协助饮料新品机会洞察（用户需求、竞品扫描、价格带/渠道趋势），参与概念与卖点定义、产品规格比选；跟进配方打样、感官测评与迭代记录；协助包材标签整理与合规校对。 2. 品牌活动落地：协助品牌内容策划与文案撰写（种草文案、活动宣传、社交平台短内容），参与线上线下新品推广活动执行，收集用户反馈与舆情，统计活动数据并复盘。 3. AI Agent调优：基于业务场景编写与调试Prompt，搭建和维护饮品行业知识库（竞品、配方、合规、品牌素材），测试模型输出质量并持续优化，沉淀使用手册与可复用模板。 4. 数据与复盘：整理盲测/试饮/问卷/活动等测试数据，协助成本测算与指标看板维护，参与项目阶段复盘，沉淀可复用的方法与模板。

1. 在读背景：本科大三及以上/研究生在读，专业不限；食品科学、营养、生物、化学、市场营销、设计、数据分析等相关专业优先。 2. 产品思维：对饮料品类有兴趣和感知（口味、配方、配料、功能宣称、包装），具备拆解产品、分析竞品的习惯；信息归纳能力强，能把用户反馈、测试结果转化为清晰结论与可执行建议。 3. 品牌活动能力：具备基础文案能力，熟悉小红书 / 抖音等新媒体平台，有活动策划、落地执行经验优先；沟通协调能力良好，能对接多方伙伴，有活动临场应变意识。 4. AI 实操能力：熟练使用各类 AI 工具，有 Prompt 编写、AI 应用调试、数据标注或知识库搭建经验优先；能理解业务需求，把业务场景转化为 AI 训练任务。 工具能力：熟练使用 AI 工具、 Excel/Sheets、文档工具；掌握基础数据分析（透视表、简单统计）加分；会基础图文 / 短视频剪辑加分。 5. 执行与推进：能多任务并行，同时承接产品、品牌、AI 三类工作，按节点推进项目；细致认真，注重版本管理与资料留档，责任心强。
