The posting

At Kabam, we’re constantly raising the bar of excellence in free-to-play gaming. We hire for passion and diversity so that we can triumph in our collective skill. Our teams are made up of a fusion of personalities and interests bound together by a collaborative nature, fun-loving culture, and a drive to do what it takes to make great games. And this is where you come in...

The Contractor shall provide the following services on an independent, deliverables basis, exercising their own professional judgment, expertise, and methods in performing the Services.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Develop and deliver multi-channel acquisition and retargeting strategies across mobile and PC platforms, tailored to market and audience segmentation, and provide execution plans for Client's review and approval.
  • Independently execute and optimize campaigns across advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, DSPs, influencer channels) within budgets approved by Client, with the objective of achieving target CPI, ROAS, and LTV benchmarks.
  • Apply mobile measurement partner tools (e.g., AppsFlyer) and SKAN 4.0 frameworks to test, measure, and scale iOS campaign performance, and deliver findings and recommendations to Client.
  • Deliver attribution analysis, reporting tools, and identification of data gaps in coordination with Client's data resources; provide reporting on channel contribution, LTV projections, and funnel performance.
  • Design and deliver structured A/B testing plans across channels, campaign variables, and audiences, and provide results-based recommendations for efficiency improvements.
  • Develop, execute, and deliver an ASO strategy and testing plan across app storefronts, including data-driven A/B tests for metadata, keywords, and visual assets.
  • Deliver creative strategy recommendations that align paid acquisition campaigns with store page experiences to support growth objectives.
  • Prepare creative briefs and deliver project plans for creative asset pipelines, from concept through final delivery, for Client's review.
  • Coordinate with Client's internal creative resources and manage relationships with third-party vendors (e.g., creative production studios, ASO agencies) engaged by the Contractor or approved by Client, as needed to complete deliverables.
  • Provide strategic input aligning UA and creative deliverables with Client's product roadmap and live operations, based on information provided by Client's game/product resources.
  • Provide ROI assessments and creative alignment recommendations in coordination with Client's marketing, branding, and insights resources.
  • Provide channel performance evaluations and LTV validation analysis in coordination with Client's data and finance resources, to inform marketing execution against agreed business metrics.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, platform policy changes (e.g., Apple/Google privacy requirements), and emerging growth technologies, and incorporate relevant developments into deliverables at the Contractor's discretion.

To be successful in this role, your background includes:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on growth marketing/UA experience, with a proven track record in mobile gaming or free-to-play app environments.
  • Expertise working directly inside self-serve ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, DSPs) and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMP, specifically AppsFlyer). Deep understanding of SKAN 4.0 measurement is required.
  • Experience running ASO test plans (App Store Connect, Google Play Console, or third-party ASO tools) and managing creative briefing/vendor workflows.
  • Strong data analysis skills; ability to design A/B tests, interpret complex funnel data, and extract actionable insights to optimize campaign spend.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting campaign results and performance narratives to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
