Voor onze KANTINE in Koksijde zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste matroos met een liefde voor lekker eten, gastvrijheid en alles wat zich in en rond de keuken afspeelt. Iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en zijn of haar passie voor horeca het liefst combineert met een fijne 9-to-5-job.

Je voelt je helemaal thuis in de keuken en helpt mee met de dagelijkse bereiding van onze gerechten. Van de mise-en-place tot het zorgvuldig dresseren van borden: jij zorgt ervoor dat alles vers, verzorgd en met liefde op tafel komt. Je bewaakt mee de kwaliteit, hygiëne en organisatie van de keuken en denkt graag mee over nieuwe gerechten en suggesties.

Daarnaast ben je een echte allrounder. Je springt waar nodig bij in de zaal, helpt met het aanvullen van voorraden, het plaatsen van bestellingen en het opvolgen van leveringen. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een vlotte dagelijkse werking en een warme plek waar onze klanten graag terugkomen.

Je krijgt de ruimte om initiatief te nemen, ideeën aan te brengen en mee te bouwen aan het verhaal van KANTINE. Samen met je collega's, flexi's en studenten vorm je het hart van KANTINE Koksijde.

  • Je hebt een passie voor koken, lekker eten en gastvrijheid. Je hebt bij voorkeur al wat ervaring in een horecakeuken, maar enthousiasme en goesting vinden we minstens even belangrijk. Je werkt graag met verse producten en hebt oog voor smaak, kwaliteit en presentatie. Je houdt van een georganiseerde, nette keuken en weet van aanpakken. Je bent zelfstandig, maar voelt je helemaal thuis in een klein en gezellig team. Je bent spontaan, enthousiast en stressbestendig, ook wanneer het even druk wordt. Je bent flexibel en vindt het fijn om af en toe ook in de zaal bij te springen. Je neemt initiatief en denkt graag creatief mee over gerechten en de dagelijkse werking. Je hebt interesse in een warme, familiale horecazaak. Je zoekt een voltijdse job met vaste daguren. Weekendwerk vormt voor jou geen probleem.
