Wir begleiten Dich auf dem Weg in die Berufswelt. Wir bei Kaebsch & Partner haben zum 01.08.2025 einen Ausbildungsplatz als Steuerfachangestellte/r zu vergeben.

Lerne einen eigenen Mandantenstamm zu betreuen und laufend zu beraten, für ihn die Bücher zu führen, seine Gehaltsabrechnung durchzuführen und kompetenter Ansprechpartner für die verschiedensten Probleme zu sein. Nach der Ausbildung unterstützen wir Dich bei Deiner beruflichen Weiterqualifikation.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du erstellst Lohn-und Gehaltsabrechnungen sowie Steuererklärungen
  • Darüber hinaus unterstützt Du unser Team bei der steuerlichen Beratung
  • Die Erstellung von Finanzbuchhaltungen und Jahresabschlüssen gehört ebenfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben
  • Du hast Kontakt zu Finanzämtern und bist für die Prüfung von Steuerbescheiden zuständig
  • Du unterstützt unser Team bei der steuerlichen Beratung und betreust Mandanten
  • Du lernst die gesetzlichen Grundlagen im Bereich Steuerrecht kennen

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Hochschulreife, Fachhochschulreife oder ein Abschluss an einer berufsbildenden Schule
  • In den Fächern Deutsch und Mathematik kannst Du gute Leistungen vorweisen
  • Zahlenaffinität und Interesse an steuerrechtlichen und wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen
  • Teamgeist, Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit runden Deine Qualifikationen ab
  • Selbstständige und engagierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu laufender Fortbildung
