Atuar no desenvolvimento e implantação de projetos Lean, sendo um multiplicador do Programa de Melhoria Contínua da empresa. Realizar análises de processos, com o objetivo de identificar oportunidades de melhoria, visando redução de desperdícios e obtenção de melhores índices de produtividade, qualidade, tempo e custo nos contratos onde a empresa atua. Aplicar ferramentas Lean (HOTT, Waste Walk, Multimomento, Spaghetti, A3, VSM, 5S, Planejamento e controle do Takt), como apoio na identificação de desperdícios e implementação de melhorias. Aplicar metodologia LPS (Last Planner System) de acordo com as modalidades de contrato, com o objetivo de melhorar a performance contratual. Executar Workshops com o intuito de realizar melhorias de processos (operacionais e administrativos), contribuindo para a evolução da Jornada Lean e a evolução dos resultados dos contratos da empresa. Compilar informações e elaborar relatórios de acompanhamento dos projetos executados. Participar e realizar reuniões de acompanhamento com os gestores de contratos e com a equipe corporativa

Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa ou cursando do quarto período em diante Engenharia de produção, Gestão da Produção Industrial, Gestão da Qualidade ou Administração.

· Desejável: Pós em Melhoria Contínua, Gestão de Projetos ou Gestão Empresarial· Certificação em Lean Manufacturing ou Metodologia Ágeis.

· Vivência em contratos de manutenção industrial ou obras, no segmento da Mineração, Siderurgia, Offshore, Petroquímica e Energia.

· Experiência como Planejador, Analista de Planejamento, Analista de Obras, Analista de Qualidade (Processos), Lean Leader ou em funções correlatas às áreas de gestão de projetos, planejamento, qualidade, excelência operacional, melhoria contínua ou administração de obras.

· Domínio do Microsoft 365, com ênfase em Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint e Power Automate.

· Conhecimento dos conceitos e aplicações de Inteligência Artificial (IA) voltados à produtividade, análise de dados e melhoria de processos.

· Conhecimento básico ou intermediário em Microsoft Project (MS Project).

· Conhecimento básico ou intermediário em Last Planner System (LPS) aplicado ao planejamento e controle de atividades.

· Disponibilidade total de viagens para atuar em projetos de outras regiões (Cidades/Estados) a nível Brasil.
