Jobomschrijving

  • Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol beheren en introduceren van nieuwe B2B-producten op de markt en vormt de schakel tussen ons hoofdkantoor in Duitsland, sales, marketing en andere afdelingen.
  • Je analyseert en monitort de B2B-markt, voert concurrentie-analyses uit en vertaalt inzichten naar concrete acties.
  • Je doorloopt het gehele productintroductieproces: van het inschatten van marktpotentieel en het testen van machines tot het opstellen van introductieplannen (in samenwerking met de collega's van Marketing).
  • Je ondersteunt het opstellen en opvolgen van de B2B-mediastrategie, campagnes, beurzen, events en trade marketing. Je fungeert als eerstelijns support voor alle interne vragen over het B2B-productassortiment en zorgt voor duidelijke productinformatie.
  • Je houdt de B2B-productinformatie op de website up-to-date.
  • Samen met sales en de Teamleader Marketing Professional stel je het jaarlijkse budget en de prijslijst op, denk je mee over de langetermijnstrategie en bewaak je concrete omzet- en margedoelstellingen.
  • Je denkt proactief mee met Kärcher-dealers om hun strategie- en marketingactiviteiten te optimaliseren.
  • Je rapporteert aan de Teamleader Marketing Professional.
  • Een behaald Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in Marketing, Communicatie, Economie of Techniek.
  • Ervaring als (B2B) Product Manager en een eerste ervaring met B2B Lead Generation vormen een groot pluspunt.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden, commercieel inzicht en vertrouwdheid met AI-tools en Google Workspace.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, een hands-on mentaliteit, teamspirit en een energieke, positieve ingesteldheid.
